Practical details

Venue

The Institut d'Études Scientifiques de Cargèse (Corsica, France) is about an hour drive from Ajaccio, minutes away from the village of Cargese, and right on the beach.

Registration

Registration is at this address. There will be a maximum of 50 participants. We will cover for everyone's accommodation. US-based participants can benefit from an NSF support for the travel fees. Please indicate it when pre-registering.

Getting there

Via Ajaccio airport, then a private shuttle will take the participants to the Institute, at the following times:

• deparure from Ajaccio airport on Sunday 15 at 7:30pm (after the arrival of the Paris, Nice and Marseille flights)
• departure from the IESC on Friday 20 at 12:15pm (arrival on time for the Paris 3:05pm flight)

 Please plan your travel accordingly.

Housing and meals

All participants can be hosted on-site, in shared (two people) bedrooms. Breakfeast and lunch are included, but not the dinner: this is the time to explore Cargèse.
